Equipment / What to Wear:
Please label all personal gear as TSB/HA will not be responsible for the loss of personal belongings. We recommend all participants bring sunscreen and a hat. All participants receive a Hayner Academy t-shirt.
Baseball/Softball camps: glove, bat, batting gloves, catcher’s equipment, baseball pants or shorts, cleats or sneakers. NOTE: Sneakers needed at Sports Barn.
All Sports Challenge camps: sneakers, gym class attire

Food:
Baseball Camps: Participants need to bring a lunch. All participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle.
Softball Camps: All participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle.
All Sports Challenge camps: Participants need to bring a lunch. Concessions will be open for beverages and snacks.
All participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle.

Tuition:
Baseball camps: $190
Softball Camps: Current Miss Shen players: $130; non-Miss Shen players: $145
All Sports Challenge camps: $165
Full payment must accompany all registration forms

Family Discounts:
For each additional sibling take 50% off full tuition of desired camp. There are no multiple week discounts.

Check-In (Monday Mornings):
Baseball Camps: 8:00 AM -– 8:45 AM
Softball Camps: 7:45 AM - 8:30 AM
All Sports Challenge Camps: 8:30 AM -– 9:00 AM at The Sports Barn

Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be received by fax (664-0735) or email (info@haynersportsbarn.com). Full refunds will be made if a cancellation is received at least 15 days before the camp begins. After this deadline, $25 will be deducted for administrative expenses.

Inclement Weather:
Baseball Camps: Postponements will be posted on our web site by 8:15 AM. Every reasonable effort will be made to conduct camp each day. We reserve the right, however, to postpone camp if weather conditions present a safety concern. Campers will be sheltered during rain showers but parents should be prepared to pick up their child(ren) if rain persists throughout the day.
Softball Camps:Announcements will be made the same as baseball camps, however, camp will operate rain or shine. If persistent rain, camp will operate at The Sports Barn.
All Sports Challenge Camps: Operate at The Sports Barn rain or shine.
